| The Belfry
The Belfry is a name that conjures up many fond memories for followers of the Ryder Cup, having played host to the international competition on four different occasions. Of those four events the European team even went on to win three cups. Now in the private hands of Sean Quinn, an Irish Billionaire and the richest man in Ireland, the Warwickshire golf resort is made up of three different eighteen hole courses.
The most famous of the three courses is the “Brabazon course” and it is the one where the majority of professional European tour events take place, as well as the Ryder Cups. Additionally though there is also the “Derby course” and PGA National course”, which also see a number of amateur and professional golfers playing rounds of golf.
